| Applications | 3-Benzyl-3-(p-methoxyphenyl)propanenitrile is an intermediate used in the synthesis of Flocoumafen-d4 (F401502), which is an isotope labeled Flocoumafen, a second generation anticoagulant rodenticide. Flocoumafen is extremely effective against strains of pest rodents resistant to conventional anticoagulants. Flocoumafen is a highly toxic and is used strictly in sewers and indoors in some places such as UK. |
