Applications 4-Bromoamphetamine is a 4-brominated analogue of the CNS stimulant Amphetamine (A634248). 4-Bromoamphetamine does not produce any neurotoxic effects that is characteristic of the 4-chloro analogue. The serotonin-depleting effects by 4-Bromoamphetamine were not long term and were reversible by Fluxetine.
