Applications	N-[6-(Bis(4-methoxyphenyl)(phenyl)methoxy)-5-(hydroxymethyl)hexyl] Biotinamide is a derivative of Biotinamide (CAS# 6929-42-6), which can be useful for juxtacellular neuronal labelling for light and electron microscopic visualization, physiological characterization and phenotypic identification of single neurons in vivo. Biotinamide can also be useful in the preparation of biotin conjugates for antibody pretargeting in cancer research, and in the preparation of biotin analogs with inhibitory activity towards HIV-1 virus.
